I started this blog as a way to keep myself on course in losing weight and training for Timberman 70.3. At first, I didn't know and didn't care if anyone else would read. Now I love the fact that there are people who not only read but interact with me about losing weight and training. I've learned a lot from those of you who have taken the time to interact, and from those who haven't... thanks for reading anyways it still means a ton.
Now, I have a favor to ask (on top of donating to Team Tyler, of course). USA Triathlon has a photo caption contest each quarter, and my submission is a finalist for the caption of the month. I got the email a couple of weeks ago and promptly forgot all about it. If I win, I get a prize pack from Rudy Project, one of my favorite sponsors. Here's the picture
